At this point, you are probably itching to get out there and see some houses! We will do this on our second meeting, but it is helpful if you can complete the following beforehand:

• Read the Agency pamphlet and Purchase and Sale agreement
• Read the Lead Paint booklet
• Read the Mold and Moisture booklet
• Select a lender and begin the pre-approval process
• Fill out a brief letter of introduction I can show to a seller
• Fill out a Wish List of your wants and needs in a home
