Writing the Offer

When you find the right home, the next step is to write an offer on the property. Keep in mind that if you like it, you are probably not alone. Acting quickly can make the difference between being a proud homeowner, or telling your friends about the one that got away. Since you have familiarized yourself with the purchase and sales agreement, the process of writing the offer will not take long. It can usually be completed in less than an hour.

Once the offer is completed I will call the listing agent and let them know that I have a buyer for their listing. Now is the time when your pre-approval letter and brief introductory letter come into play. I will show them to the seller when I present the offer.
