Agency Relationships

When I first started selling real estate, there was no buyer agency. All agents represented the sellers, and buyers were left to fend for themselves. Buyer agency allows me to represent the buyers I am working with and to negotiate in their best interest.

To assure that I have the time to spend with my buyer clients, I only represent a limited number at a time. In return for this commitment to you, I ask that you commit to use me as your agent.
