The Home Buyer’s Wish List

Make a Wish List of the features that you would like to have in a home and neighborhood. Put down everything that comes to mind. When you run out of things to add, go through your list and jot down why you want these things.

Do you need that big yard for a vegetable garden or for your dog? Do you need that formal dining room because you entertain a lot or because you’ve become the family curator for an heirloom table and sideboard? Knowing the reason why can be very helpful for me in my search for your home.
