The Marketing Process
This will vary depending on what we fine tune together, but generally it includes public open houses, Windermere agent tours, broker's open houses, Windermere Website advertising, Seattle Times and neighborhood newspaper advertising, flyers mailed to agents, flyers mailed or hand delivered to the neighborhood, a for sale sign, an in-house marketing book, MLS access via computer and keybox, and telephone follow-up with agents who have shown your home.
When the listing agreement is signed we will create a calendar of events for the first month of marketing. If your home has not sold within this time I will meet with you to plan a different strategy for the following month.
