The Offer Presentation

When an agent has an offer on your home they will call me to arrange a time to meet. The agent will present the offer to you and me together either at your home or my office. When the agent is done presenting the offer we will have an opportunity to ask questions. We will then ask them to step outside or to another room so that we can discuss it in private. When we are ready, we will invite the agent back in and sign the offer with whatever counteroffers we feel are necessary.
